A fabulous 1950's magenta-fuchsia silk two-piece by Hattie Carnegie. The fitted wiggle dress features a wide boat neckline, short flutter-cap sleeves, a fitted bodice with princess seaming that tapers to a slim skirt, and a self-fabric bow at the natural waist. It closes with the original metal zipper up the center back. The matching cropped jacket features a rounded collar, three fabric-covered buttons, three-quarter sleeves, and matching bows at the waist. Fully lined throughout in a rich matching lining fabric. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
