 Gorgeous late 70's Yves Saint Laurent peasant-romantic look at its best: a long, softly gathered dress in deep burgundy silk crêpe. The sheer bodice and billowing bishop sleeves flow over a fitted waistband, and the skirt falls full and fluid to the floor. The gathered scoop neckline has a self-fabric band, and a long row of tonal buttons runs down the front. The sleeves gather into buttoned cuffs. The skirt is lined, and the sheer bodice and sleeves are left unlined for that lovely transparency. Being offered at a discount due to light underarm rings that are only noticed when one lifts there arms above their head. Otherwise in excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
