A charming bow at the upper waist and delicate adjustable tie straps add the sweetest finishing details. An interior layer of tulle bolsters the full fluffy skirt. Zips up the back with original metal zipper. Fully lined interior. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
