A dramatically elegant late 1940's Frank Starr cocktail dress in black rayon chiffon, fully lined in taffeta. The ruched bodice features a sweetheart-shaped illusion lace insert  with softly gathered sheer short sleeves and precise horizontal ruching through the waist. Full skirt with beautiful drape and movement. Perfect for dancing in! Zips up the side with original metal zipper. In overall excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
