A fitted floral lace bodice with bateau neckline meets a billowing tiered chiffon skirt, with a dramatic matching chiffon streamer accented at the shoulder with a rhinestone brooch. The effect is at once demure and dramatic! Fully lined interior. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
