A stunning floor-length evening gown in ice-blue cloqué brocade, its bodice architecturally seamed in bold geometric panels that give way to a sweeping A-line skirt awash in an oversized abstract cloud print — great billowing forms in chartreuse yellow, violet, lavender, pink, and teal rendered in the painterly, larger-than-life scale that defined late-1960s evening wear. The sleeveless silhouette features a graceful scoop back with center zip closure, fully lined in pale aqua silk. Couture made with hand stitching throughout. I was unable to find out much about the designer but did find one ad placing them at Neiman Marcus in the 1960's. A thoroughly glamorous piece in remarkable condition. In overall excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.

Condition: excellent, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. Minor signs of wear typical of age, including a small mark on the upper bodice near the shoulder, only noticed upon close inspection.
