Vintage Woven Straw Handbag by Magid Handbags, Made in Italy circa 50s-60's

A charming basket-style straw handbag with a rounded bucket silhouette and dual braided top handles. The lid is embellished with hand-stitched raffia daisies in white and golden-yellow with green raffia stems, closing with a simple woven loop-and-button clasp. Interior is lined in butter yellow rayon moiré with a slip pocket and retains its original mirror. Labeled “Made in Italy for Magid Handbags.” In excellent condition, looks like new!
