A chic early 1960s coat from Mollie Parnis Boutique, New York, woven in a chunky black and cream basketweave wool tweed with a nubby, flecked texture. The clean, modernist silhouette has a wide spread collar, raglan-cut three-quarter length sleeves, and a self-fabric belt that ties at the waist. Two oversized domed buttons, encrusted in black rhinestones, add a little glamour and drama. Fully lined in black taffeta, with side pockets. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
