A once in a lifetime kind of 1930’s gowns…One of the finest silk 1930's dresses I have had! This elegant deco era beauty features a loose fitting bodice with broad bateaux neckline decorated in glass beading that swoops low in the back and doubles for an unforgettable back view. The dress was really tricky to photograph, I spent two days trying to capture the beauty of it. It came with a red velvet sash to cinched the waist, as seen on our model Kylee. I played around a bit and photographed it with a long black beaded lariat as a sash as well. The dress also came with a folded bow on the front that I felt complicated the neckline so I took it off for some of the pictures. It can be worn with or without depending on your preference. The skirt is gored, and flares outward below the hips, making it perfect for dancing in. Slips on over the head, and stretches over the hips. 

The measurements make this gown seem larger than it really is. I would recommend this for someone who typically wears a size 6-8. The sash allows the waist to be cinched and the top is supposed to be worn loosely. Kylee is 5'7" and wears a size 6 in the waist and 8 in the hips. It fit her perfectly. 

In overall excellent condition, clean and ready to wear. Comes with original red velvet sash and neck bow.

Condition: overall excellent, some minor signs of wear typical of age and wear. A couple tiny patched holes that are not noticed unless turned inside out. Minor discoloration under the arm pits. A tiny bit of bead loss on the shoulders. Wears and presents beautifully. See pictures.
