Less embellished and formal than a cocktail or evening dress, an afternoon dress was for special occasions like teas, showers, and special occasions. The dropped waist and sheer neckline are adorned with scalloped cape sleeves, while the luxurious silk lining adds a touch of sophistication. Snaps on the side, slip it on with ease and make a classic statement at any special occasion. My favorite part is the suspended rosette on the neckline! In overall excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
