This dress makes me squeal with delight! I have never seen a happier dress! This custom made creation from Spain is inspired by the traditional terno dresses from Philippines and made famous by Imelda Marcos. Made of a silky rayon fabric and featuring a high waist, pleated tulip skirt and bold puffed sleeves. Fully lined in cotton. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
