A dreamy example of the iconic Gunne Sax aesthetic, this ethereal ivory dress embodies the romantic, bohemian spirit that made the San Francisco-based label a cult favorite of the 1970s. 

The bodice features elegant knife pleating flanking a center placket adorned with delicate Venice lace trim and dainty faceted buttons, lending it a Victorian-inspired refinement. A high stand collar trimmed in matching lace and tiny pearls adds an additional touch of period romance. The bishop sleeves — voluminous at the shoulder and tapering to fitted cuffs with lace edging — are quintessentially Gunne Sax, striking the perfect balance between prairie girl and fairy tale.
The fitted, gathered waist flows into an A-line skirt finished with a tiered ruffle hem and lace border, creating graceful movement. The back features a concealed zip closure and a satin sash tie, forming a soft bow at the back waist. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
