A rare and quintessential 1950’s Juli Lynne Charlot circle skirt in pale pink cotton, adorned with her signature felt appliqué, scattered with dimensional felt rosettes in pink and cream with mint leaf accents. Full sweep, fitted waistband, back zip. 

Juli Lynne Charlot is credited with inventing the felt circle skirt in 1947 when, unable to afford a Christmas party dress, she cut a circle of felt and glued holiday decorations to it. The style became a sensation and she built a thriving California label around it through the 1950s, producing whimsical appliquéd skirts that became icons of the decade.
