Made from yards of luxurious silk chiffon, featuring a strapless, finely pleated bodice, dropped waist, floral rosette and full flouncy skirt. Fully lined. Hand written couture label attributes the design to Anna Bis. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
