Cutest green feather cap from the 1940's by Keller and Zander. The perfect St. Patricks Day hat. Two feather wrap across the front with a sweet bouquet brooch detail and wool bow. Wears close to the head. In excellent condition, minor signs of wear, especially on the feather, typical of age. Ready to wear.
