A magnificent mid-century parure by Miriam Haskell, renowned for her opulent, hand-crafted costume jewelry worn by society women and Hollywood stars alike. This dazzling floral necklace and earring set exemplifies Haskell’s signature artistry and meticulous hand-assembly under the direction of Frank Hess, her longtime head designer. Each bloom is composed of layers of champagne, clear crystal, and jet black glass stones, arranged in radiant daisy-like clusters. Faceted navette and round rhinestones are hand-wired onto antiqued brass filigree backings—a hallmark of Haskell construction—creating a dimensional, light-catching effect. The adjustable necklace fastens with a hook closure adorned with faceted glass beads and bears the oval “Miriam Haskell” signature tag. Matching earrings echo the necklace’s floral motif, with clip backs and the same gilt-filigree craftsmanship.
