Stunning late 1940's cocktail dress by designer Paul Sachs. Featuring covered buttons all the way down the sleeves and a detachable beaded placard on the neckline. I have never seen anything like it! The dress is partially lined along the skirt and zips up the side and back of neck. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
