A B O U T
Exquisite 1930's liquid ivory satin crepe wedding coat with starburst lace train and dramatic puffed lace sleeves. This rare bridal coat was traditionally worn over a simple wedding gown to add drama and grandeur to a ceremony. Made from liquid like rayon satin backed crepe it literally flows over the body. Featuring two original hand beaded leaf shaped closures in the front. The gown is open at the hips and flows into a stunning train cut in a starburst pattern and trimmed in lace. Perfect to wear over a bias cut slip dress or an antique camisole and tap pants. In overall excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
