Fabulous late 1970's/ early 1980's ivory silk two piece set by Tally Boutique. Consisting of a blouse with amazing triple layered ruffled and pleated flutter sleeves and a subtle boat neckline with zipper up the back. Fully lined. The skirt is a-line, has side pockets and zips up the side. Both pieces are in excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
