Crafted in a deep blue black floral print silky rayon and featuring risque' nude illusion panels across the bodice, this dress exudes elegance. With shoulder pads, a pleated skirt and a cinched waist, it's an unforgettable dress by an important mid century costume designer. Zips up the back and side with original metal zipper. Interior features straps to hold the bodice in place. In overall excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. Minor signs of wear typical of age.

Material: I would assume rayon due to the time period but it honestly feels more like silk. The collar is silk taffeta. The bodice lining is rayon crepe. 

Condition: overall excellent, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. Minor signs of wear typical of age but no apparent flaws. Tiny pin hole near the arm pit. See close up pictures. Missing original belt.
