Stunning 1970's Valentino black viscose evening gown with dramatic batwing sleeves, open low cut back and keyhole neckline. Constructed with an interior elastic waist band to give the dress its hourglass silhouette. The dress holds its fitted shape without the belt.  Made in France. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. 

Belt is not original to the dress, and was used for styling purposes. Sold separately.
