 Elegant and rare 1920’s flapper era evening dress from France.  This exquisite black silk party dress features a fully beaded floral motif with black and graphite colored glass beads. Semi sheer, deep slits up the side and meant to be worn over a contrasting silk slip. The dress comes with the original matching slip. 

While the outer beaded layer is in overall excellent condition with only minor bead loss, the original slip show’s significant signs of wear and hand repairs. We recommend finding a new vintage slip to wear with it:)

Bust: up to 38” (these are the measurements for the slip which is more fitted than the dress itself) 

Waist: up to 28" ( dress waist :40”) 

Hips: up to 40" ( dress hips: up to 42”) 

Length top of shoulder to hem: 45”

Condition: the beaded dress is in overall excellent condition for age, presents beautifully and only bead loss is on the back of the dress in one area -We will replace missing beads in back. 
The interior slip is in fair condition. Structurally sound but has stains and hand repairs and small holes. We recommend finding a new slip to wear underneath. See pictures.
