Stunning early 1950's jet black strapless formal evening gown by legendary designer Ceil Chapman. This elegant creation is as timeless as it is chic and modern. Featuring a strapless boned bodice and a skirt that is designed to suggest panniers at the hips. This design feature creates a dramatic silhouette and emphasizes the small waist. Made of a semi sheer rayon net, and intricately pleated. Zips up the side with original metal zipper. In overall excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
