An absolutely iconic early 1960's two piece fully sequined and beaded evening set by Gene Shelly. This glamorous two piece set is made of a soft wool knit and is entirely covered in shimmering aurora sequins. Both pieces are trimmed in pearls and white beads, lending to it's mermaid inspired look. The skirt has a side slit and elastic waist. The top zips up the back. Both pieces are in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
