Utterly spectacular 1950's (possibly earlier) sapphire blue couture evening gown by Beverly Hills designer Ernest Newman. Made of fine sapphire blue diamond pattern lace and lavishly beaded with glass bugle beads. The interior is lined in a luxurious rayon crepe. Beaded straps and illusion fabric along the diamond shaped bodice bodice. A slit up the back of the skirt for easy movement.  Zips up the side original zipper. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
