Featuring the biggest billowing bishop sleeves I've ever seen, a beautiful keyhole neckline, a sexy lace up lace bodice and long flowing tiered skirt. Attached ties at the waist. The print features soft blue flowers. Fully lined interior. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear. Labeled a size 7, but measures like a modern size 2.
