In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. 

According to The Vintage Fashion Guild, Tarquin Ebker was a student of Charles James and later designed for both Hattie Carnegie and Samuel Robert and was designing under his own label in the 1970's. This dress is actually from the 1970s. It seems so fresh and contemporary I had originally guessed it was from the 1990's! A truly timeless piece of designer fashion.
