Incredible 1940's Periwinkle all over soutache ribbon dress.  Chevron stripe pattern. Cuffed sleeves. Matching belt. Zips up the side. Key hole opening in the back. Clasps behind the neck. New old stock with original Carr's tags. Some minor discoloration due to improper storage conditions. Discoloration is faint and the dress still wears beautifully. In very good condition, minor signs of wear typical of age. Ready to wear.
