Absolutely stunning 1970's emerald green chiffon evening dress by designer Victor Costa and sold at Montaldos. This gorgeous dress features a sexy pleated sweetheart bodice and triple layers chiffon skirt. The color is even better in person and has an almost iridescent quality. The halter strap can be worn off the shoulders as well! Zips up the back and is fully lined. In new old condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.   

The shoulder straps are quite long and may need to be shortened by a tailor for the best fit.
