Wonderful Rare Pauline Lake Hawaiian cotton shift dress from the 1960's. Featuring the most wonderfully articulated butterfly appliqués on a crisp navy blue cotton background. I love the three dimensional details on the butterflies, they even have little sequin eyes! Zips up the back with original metal zipper. In excellent condition. Freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
