I am utterly obsessed with this designer dress from the late 70's early 80's. Made in France by designer Jean-Louis Scherrer, this velvet and silk lame brocade dress is perfection. Featuring a fitted black velvet bodice and a dramatic rose print silk skirt with a high slit up the front lined in ruffles. Fully lined, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. So chic it hurts.
