This exquisite 1950s party dress is a textbook example of mid-century femininity and fine dressmaking. Crafted in sheer pale ivory cotton organdy, the fabric is delicately embroidered with tiny dot motifs that lend lightness and texture, while allowing the softly contrasting pale blue and pink lining to glow subtly beneath. 

The strapless bodice is boned and cleanly fitted, finished along the neckline with a wide band of ornate scalloped lace embroidery, a refined flourish that draws the eye upward and frames the décolletage beautifully. The waist is nipped and precise, opening into a voluminous, tiered skirt with generous gathers that create the iconic 1950s silhouette. Zips up the side with original metal zipper. Each tier is finished with matching embroidered lace bands, echoing the bodice trim and emphasizing the dress’s architectural fullness and movement. Labeled Vogue Originals. In overall excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
