Some pieces are so jaw-droppingly beautiful they might as well function as a piece of art. This 1920's flapper dress is made from the most beautiful silk velvet in a shade of blue that defies words. I describe it as mirror blue but "Bombay Sapphire Gin" was the first thing that came to mind. It is like wearing glass.  Composed in pieces that are cut in different directions to reflect the light and create movement. Loosely gathered at the hips and adorned with a delicate filigree brooch. Slips on over the head and is worn like a loose garment. Lined in silk.

In good condition for age with notable stains and discoloration on the bodice. Despite some cosmetic flaws it still wears and presents beautifully. Our pictures accurately represent the garment and we have provided close ups as well.
