Absolutely stunning silk chiffon evening gown by renowned Hollywood designer Helen Rose. Rose is best known for designing Grace Kelly's iconic wedding gown as well as her costumes in the film High Society. This rare piece of fashion history dates to the mid 1950's and is made of four layers of silk in a brilliant combination of bright camellia pink and and almost neon lemon yellow. Featuring a basket woven bodice of pleated bands and floating chiffon panels at the center back. Three layers of silk chiffon- two are pink, one is yellow, sit over a yellow lining in China silk. Zips up the back with original metal zipper. Beautiful interior with boned bodice and grosgrain waist cincher. In overall excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
