Fabulous 1930's era tilt hat with straw ruffle on a black body accented with pink millinery flowers. My favorite style of hat, meant to be worn forward on the head and secured in place by hat pins that pin to the flap on the back. Does that make sense? 😂 Excellent condition, ready to wear.
