One of my favorite dresses of the summer! Classic 1940's blue and white seersucker dress with strong padded shoulders, pearl buttons, short sleeves, fitted waist, pleated hips, a line skirt and big bow in the back. Made by high end New York designer Charles Armour. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
